The elements of employee relations include communication, engagement, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee rights. These aspects contribute to a positive work environment, effective problem-solving, and the protection of employee rights, leading to improved productivity and organizational success.

Employee relations processes involve essential activities such as communication, grievance handling, discipline, bargaining, and feedback. They are designed to maintain positive relationships, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
